This talk discusses variable selection when one faces interval-censored failure time data arising from the proportional hazards model. For the problem, we will introduce a newly developed simultaneous estimation and variable selection procedure and some numerical results will be presented too.
主讲人简介：
孙建国教授是美国统计协会Fellow 和国际数理统计协会Elected Member。主要从事删失数据分析、面板计数数据分析、AIDS 的统计方法和生物数学的研究.国际知名杂志JASA,Biometrical Journal 和Lifetime Data Analysis 副主编；超过20个统计学杂志的审稿人，美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)的科学评审委员会委员。作为独立负责人完成8项NIH和美国密苏里大学项目，分别获得NIH、美国统计协会和美国密苏里大学颁发的四项大奖，在国外重要刊物发表文章百余篇。
